Valet Parking Now Available at Riverside Village, SC!

Parking Systems launched premium valet parking at Riverside Village in North Augusta, South Carolina, on Center Street near SRP Park and the Savannah River. It serves game days, restaurants, and The Greenway, with afternoon and evening hours. Standard parking is $10 and event parking is $15, with free valet when dining at participating restaurants.

Parking Operations Enhanced at The Abendroth Parking Garage in Port Chester

Parking Systems manages The Abendroth Parking Garage in downtown Port Chester, New York, at 163-175 North Main Street, serving residents, commuters, visitors, and local businesses. The garage offers competitive daily and hourly rates, flexible payment including Apple Pay and Google Pay, pay-on-exit technology, valet and overnight parking, EV charging, and accessible spaces.

Parking Management at Hillside Tower & Sutphin Tower

Parking Systems was selected to manage parking at Hillside Tower and Sutphin Tower in Queens, a combined portfolio of more than 400 spaces serving both residents and transient drivers. The mixed-use facilities use advanced License Plate Recognition and revenue control for touchless entry and exit, accurate tracking, and a frictionless parking experience.

The Bergen Parking Garage

Parking Systems Plus opened a new parking facility at 316 Bergen Street, within The Bergen in Downtown Brooklyn. Centrally located in an active mixed-use neighborhood, it serves residents, transient visitors, and eventgoers heading to concerts and games at the nearby Barclays Center, with easy access and efficient entry and exit.

MTA/Long Island Railroad

Parking Systems was awarded MTA/LIRR parking management at the Mineola Intermodal Center, Ronkonkoma Garage, Wyandanch Facility, and Westbury North Garages, more than 3,500 spaces for Long Island commuters. The facilities use gateless License Plate Recognition and scan-to-pay via QR code or SMS, are staffed 24/7/365, and feature energy-efficient LED lighting.

Justice Tower Garage

Parking Systems manages parking for the Justice Tower Garage in Elmhurst, Queens, a mixed-use building with 184 condos plus retail and office space. The underground garage has 255 spaces and EV charging, open daily from 6 AM to midnight. It is within walking distance of the M and R subways and Queens Center mall.

ICC T20 Men's World Cup

Parking Systems provided parking management for the ICC Men's T20 Cricket World Cup at Eisenhower Park on Long Island from June 3 to 12, 2024. Matches included India vs. Pakistan and USA vs. India. The team handled traffic management and mobility shuttles, maximizing capacity while keeping arrivals and departures flowing smoothly.

Skyline Tower Garage

Parking Systems manages parking for the Skyline Tower garage in Long Island City, Queens' tallest condominium at 67 stories. Open 24/7 with EV chargers, the garage offers easy access to eight subway lines, ferries, MoMA PS1, Gantry Plaza State Park, and nearby shops and restaurants. Daily and monthly parking available.

Bayview Courtyard Garage

Parking Systems is the parking operator for the Bayview Courtyard Garage, inside the new Bayview Courtyard condominium at 2286 Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. The waterfront building sits near Bensonhurst Park. The 215-space garage includes EV chargers and bicycle storage, with monthly parking available for residents and the public.

Marriott New York JFK

Parking Systems provides valet parking and bell services for the Marriott New York JFK Airport hotel. The property features 360 guestrooms, an M-Club lounge overlooking the runways, a fitness center, dining, and 6,000 square feet of event space. Valet parking is $55 per day, or $65 for oversized vehicles.

Stony Brook University Hospital

Parking Systems provides valet services at Stony Brook University Hospital, a premier 624-bed academic medical center on Long Island. Parking Systems delivers first-class healthcare parking across the entire campus, with trained personnel and specialized medical training focused on patient and visitor convenience. 2100 Hamilton

Parking Systems partnered with 2100 Hamilton, a luxury condominium in Center City Philadelphia, to provide first-class valet parking for residents. The team also manages amenity services, including the building's courtesy car for trips around the city. Set among Philadelphia's museums, 2100 Hamilton pairs Center City living with a private, park-like garden setting.

Queens Borough Hall Municipal Parking Garage

Parking Systems manages the new Queens Borough Hall Municipal Parking Garage at 80-25 126th Street in Kew Gardens, New York. The 600-space garage includes 30 ADA-accessible spaces and dedicated EV charging spaces. Rates start at $9 for the first hour, with an early-bird option, EV charging, and monthly permits at $330.

Beach 21 Garage

Parking Systems operates the fully automated Beach 21st Street Garage in downtown Far Rockaway, part of a new mixed-use development by The Community Builders at 10-47 Beach 21st Street. The 96-space garage serves the building's affordable housing, retail, and the public. It is open seven days a week, 6 AM to midnight, with affordable rates.

The Drayton Hotel

Parking Systems provides hospitality valet, front-door, and bell services at The Drayton Hotel in downtown Savannah, Georgia's Historic District. The boutique hotel features 50 luxury rooms, a cocktail lounge, a Lowcountry seafood restaurant, and a rooftop bar. Valet parking is $15 for up to four hours, or $48 overnight.

Interfaith Medical Center

Parking Systems partnered with One Brooklyn Health to provide employee parking services at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. The 287-bed hospital offers a wide range of medical, surgical, gynecological, dental, psychiatric, and pediatric services throughout the borough, and Parking Systems supports its staff with reliable, healthcare-focused parking management.

Radio Hotel

Parking Systems operates the attended indoor garage at the Radio Hotel, a boutique hotel in Washington Heights, New York City, alongside its Jalao Restaurant & Bar. The property includes 221 rooms, office and event space, and an 8,000-square-foot courtyard. The garage is attended 24/7, with daily and monthly parking available.

Residence Inn New York JFK Airport

Parking Systems provides valet parking for the Residence Inn New York JFK Airport, the only extended-stay hotel in the area, offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens. Valet parking is $55 per day, or $65 for oversized vehicles, giving hotel guests a convenient parking option near JFK Airport.

Maimonides Park

Parking Systems manages the Maimonides Park parking lot in Coney Island, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones, the High-A affiliate of the New York Mets. The lot serves 60-plus home games plus other events and is open to the public and beachgoers. It is open 24/7, with game-day parking from $8 and monthly options.

Catholic Health System of Long Island

Parking Systems was awarded valet and transportation services for Catholic Health, one of Long Island's largest integrated health systems. Catholic Health includes six acute-care hospitals, three nursing homes, a home health service, hospice, and a network of physician practices. Parking Systems delivers healthcare-specific parking with trained personnel and specialized medical training.

Frankford Transportation Center

Parking Systems manages the Frankford Transportation Center Garage for SEPTA, the regional authority serving 3.9 million people across five counties around Philadelphia.
