Parking Systems has been awarded management of the brand new Queens Borough Hall Municipal Parking Garage located at 80-25 126th Street, Kew Gardens, NY 11415. The facility contains 600 spaces (including 30 ADA-accessible spaces, 31 Level 2 charging spaces, and 3 DC fast charging spaces).

Beach 21 Garage

Parking Systems is proud to accounce the opening of its Beach 21st Street Garage, part of a new mixed-use construction project developed by The Community Builders. The full automated garage has 96 parking spaces. The 10-story building encompasses 226,000 SF and provides much needed affordable housing, community facility and retail space as part of the revitalization of downtown Far Rockaway. The building will have 224 apartments with extensive amenities. Residents have access to on-site laundry, parking, fitness rooms and a rooftop with panoramic ocean views. The community opens up to a landscaped rooftop terrace with vegetable gardens and children's play area above the 2nd Floor overlooking the newly developed Beach 21st Street Plaza.

Maimonides Park

Parking Systems has been awarded management of the Maimonides Park parking lot, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones. The parking lot is located in the heart of Coney Island, with beach and boardwalk access.

The official seating capacity at Maimonides Park is 7,000. The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A affiliate of the New York Mets. The team has welcomed nearly 5,000,000 fans to the ballpark through the first 19 seasons in franchise history. The team won the New York-Penn League Championship in 2019 – their final season as a member of the short-season classification.

Maimonides Park will host at least 60 Brooklyn Cyclones regular-season home games each year, as well as high school, college, and youth league baseball games.

The parking lot will also be open to the public, beachgoers and visitors of Abe Stark Sports Center
