When should I arrive at the facility?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you would like to be at your terminal. We will check your reservation upon entering the parking facility, and our shuttles run daily from 4:30am - Midnight.

How does the check in process work?

Upon arrival, please park in a designated Parking Systems Park N Fly space. Once parked, please enter the Aloft to check-in at the lower level of the hotel. At this time, please have your reservation printed and handy. You will then be instructed to place a placard on the dashboard of your vehicle while parked at our facility.

How do I return to the parking facility?

Upon disembarking the plane and obtaining your luggage, please call the shuttle at (718) 512-0248 or use the link below. Please provide the Parking Systems Staff with your terminal and head towards the designated pick up area at that terminal.

Shuttle Pick-up Locations: ARRIVALS TERMINAL ONLY

Terminal A – From Respective Airline (ARRIVALS)

Terminal B – Gate 4 (ARRIVALS)

Terminal C – From Respective Airline (ARRIVALS)

Terminal D – From Respective Airline (ARRIVALS)

Our facility is located at 100-15 Ditmars Blvd, East Elmhurst, NY 11369 within the brand new Aloft and Ibis Hotel
