Valet Policies & Guidelines

Vehicle Security: All vehicles are parked in secure, monitored areas by trained attendants. Parking Systems assumes care of your vehicle from drop-off to retrieval.

Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before handing over your keys. Parking Systems is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

Tipping Policy: Gratuity is appreciated but entirely optional. Many guests choose to tip attendants as a gesture of appreciation for prompt and courteous service.

Lost Tickets: If your valet ticket is lost, identification and vehicle registration may be required for vehicle release. Additional fees may apply.

Vehicle Condition: Any pre-existing damage should be reported to the attendant at drop-off. A vehicle condition report may be completed upon request.

Special Events: During SRP Park events and high-volume periods, extended hours and additional valet stations may be in effect. Follow attendant instructions at all times.

1. What is the City Valet Program?

The City Valet Program offers convenient, professional vehicle parking services where trained attendants park and retrieve your vehicle for you, saving time and eliminating the stress of finding parking yourself.

2. How does valet parking work?

When you arrive, a valet attendant will greet you, take your vehicle keys, and park your car in a designated secure area. When you’re ready to leave, simply present your ticket or request your vehicle, and the attendant will retrieve it for you.

3. Are there fees for valet parking?

Valet parking is offered at $10.00 per day, $15.00 per day during events. For participating establishments, validations are available.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options where available.

5. Do I need to tip the valet attendants?

Tipping is appreciated but optional. While gratuity is not required, many guests choose to tip attendants when their car is returned as a gesture of appreciation for prompt and courteous service.

6. Are there vehicle size or type restrictions?

Our valet programs accommodate a wide range of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, etc.), but extremely oversized vehicles may not be accepted due to space and safety constraints.

7. How long does it take to get my car when I request it?

We have implemented digital ticketing and text ahead retrieval to alert the valet you will be coming out for your vehicle. Valet attendants strive to return vehicles quickly, generally within just a few minutes of your request.

8. What safety measures are in place for my vehicle?

Valet attendants are trained in safe parking procedures, and vehicles are parked in secure, monitored areas to protect your car until retrieval.
