Maimonides Park

Parking Systems has been awarded management of the Maimonides Park parking lot, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones. The parking lot is located in the heart of Coney Island, with beach and boardwalk access.

The official seating capacity at Maimonides Park is 7,000. The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A affiliate of the New York Mets. The team has welcomed nearly 5,000,000 fans to the ballpark through the first 19 seasons in franchise history. The team won the New York-Penn League Championship in 2019 – their final season as a member of the short-season classification.

Maimonides Park will host at least 60 Brooklyn Cyclones regular-season home games each year, as well as high school, college, and youth league baseball games.

The parking lot will also be open to the public, beachgoers and visitors of Abe Stark Sports Center

2027 Emmons Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

Parking Systems is pleased to announce that we are now managing the parking garage located at 2027 Emmons Avenue (Enter on Shore Parkway) in Brooklyn, New York.

This 182 space parking garage will be fully automated with FlashPARCS which will offer a fully touchless, self-park experience.

The location is convenient to restaurants, nightlife and boat cruises out of Sheepshead Bay.

Chester County Justice Center

Parking Systems has been awarded the management of the Justice Center Parking garage owned by Chester County., which is comprised of 493 parking spaces.

Built in 2015, the garage is located on West Market between New & Darlington Streets at the West Chester Transit Center.

The facility consists of reserved parking for County vehicles, SEPTA bus route 92 and 86 spaces on the second floor for general public use with a pay station located near the elevator. The fee is $1 per hour between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Cash (bills or coins) or credit card may be used.

Parking is free after 5 pm everyday and all day weekends and holidays.
