Parking Systems has been awarded the management of the Mall at Bay Plaza’s parking complex, consisting of over 2,000 parking spaces. The facility is equipped with 24 pay-on-foot stations and 19 entrance/exit lanes.
Prestige Properties & Development completed the project in 2014, expanding the Bay Plaza Shopping Center with this new 780,000 square foot development. Retailers include anchor tenants, Macy’s and JC Penney, as well as over 100 premium stores, restaurants, food court, and a health club. Light and bright, the design of three-level mall has an urban sophistication with a spacious feel. Parking Systems has once again been awarded the management of parking services at Randall’s Island Park in New York City. Parking Systems will control revenue, provide shuttle services, maintain the facility and offer VIP valet parking services.
Randall’s Island Park has transformed into a world-class sporting destination with outstanding facilities. Icahn Stadium, a 5,000 seat sporting venue overlooking the East River, is a world class Track and Field facility and has notably hosted the Reebok Grand Prix and U.S Olympic Trials.
The stadium also hosts professional soccer games and Major League Lacrosse games. In addition to Icahn Stadium, the Island is also home to a sprawling event site that hosts a number of special events every year. Located between Icahn Stadium and the Harlem River, the event site has hosted concerts, art fairs, and cultural festivals; including the Governor’s Ball, Electric Zoo Festival, Frieze Art Fair and Cirque du Soleil.
Parking Systems has been awarded the management and operation of the St. George Garage and Parking Lot in Staten Island, NY. Centrally located in the heart of St. George, this garage is conveniently positioned near many St. George attractions and government buildings, including the Staten Island Ferry, Richmond County Ballpark, the Courthouse, and Borough Hall.
The parking garage contains over 700 parking spaces, including four charging stations for electric vehicles. Parking Systems will be responsible for revenue collection, security and full maintenance of the facility which will be open from 6am-10pm, Monday thru Friday, from 8am-midnight on Saturday, and 8am-8pm Sundays.
