When should I arrive at the facility?

Please arrive 30 minutes before you would like to be at your terminal. We will check you in at the valet office, and our shuttles run on demand 24/7, 365 days per year.

How does the check in process work?

When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by one of our valet parking attendants with a parking ticket. If you reserved ahead of time, please have your reservation printed and handy. You will then be instructed to check in at the valet office and provide us with your name, reservation number, return date/time and flight info.

How do I return to the parking facility?

Upon disembarking the plane and obtaining your luggage, please call the shuttle at (718) 751-6456. Please provide the Parking Systems Staff with your terminal and head towards the designated pick up area at that terminal. Pick up areas are printed on your valet ticket. Our staff will have your vehicle ready in the vehicle pick up area once you arrive back at our facility.

Terminal A – Marine Air Terminal

Terminal B – Upstairs @ Departures in front of United Airlines (Center Median)

Terminal C – Arrivals by passenger pick-up 5 (Green Sign)

Terminal D - Curbside @ Departures
